Big Rooter Storage West and East are two 200 MW / 800 MWh BESS facilities under development at the Twin Oaks site with anticipated CODs of 2028 and 2029. Big Rooter Storage utilizes existing infrastructure and real estate owned by Twin Oaks Power Station.

Big Rooter Power is a two-phase 1,170 MW solar PV project that will start construction in 2026. Big Rooter is fully contracted to a single investment-grade offtaker and will begin commercial operation in 2028. Big Rooter utilizes existing infrastructure and real estate owned by Twin Oaks Power Station and the Calvert Mine.

NCA2 Solar is a 75 MWdc + 57 MW/228 MWh hybrid solar PV and BESS facility that will begin construction in January 2026. NCA2 Solar has executed a 25-year solar PV and BESS power purchase agreement with data centers operated by a leader in global data technology solutions, located in Las Vegas. NCA2 Solar utilizes existing infrastructure operating at the NCA2 site.

Sunnyside Solar is a 58 MWdc + 58 MW / 232 MWh hybrid solar PV and BESS Facility with an anticipated COD of 2027. Sunnyside Solar utilizes real estate and infrastructure owned by Sunnyside Cogen and SCA Pile.

Minor Oak Power is a 700 MW natural gas-fired power station under development adjacent to the Twin Oaks Power Station with an anticipated COD of 2029. Minor Oak utilizes infrastructure and real estate owned by Twin Oaks Power Station.

Cottage Grove Storage is an 80 MW / 320 MWh BESS under development on the Cottage Grove Cogen site with an anticipated COD of 2028. Cottage Grove Storage utilizes existing infrastructure and real estate owned by Cottage Grove Cogen. Cottage Grove Storage is fully contracted to Northern States Power, a unit of Xcel Energy, under a 15-year tolling agreement that will commence in 2028.
