HOUSTON, TX – January 17, 2020 – Rockland Capital, LP (“Rockland”) closed the sale of Nevada Cogeneration Associates #2 (“NCA2”) to the Ultra Capital backed Panamint Capital LLC. NCA2 is a fully contracted, 85 MW natural gas-fired Qualifying Facility located in Henderson, Nevada. Rockland initially acquired NCA2 in 2016.
